Villain Esteem is all about making Mental Health relatable, easy to understand, and embracing all of you, even the misfit parts. Going through therapy, I really enjoyed The Worry Tree, and how it brought things back into perspective time after time. It has been a great coping skill for my anxiety, so I wanted to share it with the world, but the moment I looked up worry trees for visuals (google it), I was disappointed. They're all so froo-froo! That search definitely fits into the stigma that counseling is all about mmhm's and "how do you feel about that's?" I wasn't interested. So, here is my take on The Worry Tree. I hope you like it.

I love this visual. It is something that I will keep in mind when I need it. Great tool even to use with kids.
